Christina serves as the Director of Science for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the Office of College and Career Readiness. Her work focuses on assessment design, learning standards, curriculum alignment, and professional development to support K-12 science education across the state. Before joining DESE she taught grades 7-12 for over a decade and spent two years conducting research with the University of Missouri. Outside of work, Christina enjoys collecting rocks and fossils and spending time 3D printing hobby projects.
