Clara Bennion


Clara Bennion is a high school science teacher at Camdenton High School. She has been teaching for 16 years, with the last 13 at CHS. She currently teaches Chemistry, Forensic Science, and Anatomy & Physiology, but has taught all science subjects except Physics. Clara received her undergraduate degree in Unified Science – Biology and her master’s degree in K-12 Educational Administration from Missouri State University. In addition to teaching, she has been the prom coordinator for the last 10 years, co-sponsors Student Council, and is the Salary Committee chair. Clara also served as the chair for the HB1490 Secondary Science Committee. She has served as a Director at Large on the STOM Board for the last two years, and was most recently elected to the office of President-Elect.
